Pros: Nice deep sound. Very nice for the price.
Cons: Very heavy.
I thought I had a pretty nice system in my ride till I got these. I have them hooked up to a 2000x usamp and it really has made a difference. Be careful because once you start it's hard to stop, you'll just want MORE...
Pros: This is a strong speaker that can take heat.
Cons: Loss of Hearing, Blurry Vision.
I put two of these puppies in a sealed Q-Logic Box with a Rockford Fosgate Punch 500 Watt, 2-Channel MOSFET Amp, Model P5002, and a Rockford Fosgate Punch Capacitor, 1 Farad, Model CPC10-03 and it rocked my world. I still have not turned the volume up all the way because it made my head and ears hurt so much. These speakers still have not flexed much with the amp I'm running and I'm positive they could take more heat. I'm pushing these speakers at 25% at best. I can't imagine putting more power to these speakers unless you are in some competition or something. If you are serious about getting a mad system and want something that hits hard get these speakers and at least a 1000 Watt Amp. I think I've got too much speaker and too little power...oh well.
